90 Day Transformation – 18-39


Sessions are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays @ 7PM
(That’s 12 sessions per month, making each session less than £5!)

The C4C Transformation Program has been designed to support you over a 90 day journey of self discovery. Over the 90 days you will set weekly goals and learn to push yourself beyond what you think is possible. You’ll join a team of like minded champions and along the journey unleash your inner greatness!

• All fitness levels and abilities welcome
• Weekly goal setting and accountability
• Fortnightly body measurements and weigh ins
• 3 sessions a week specifically designed to push your boundaries and guarantee every part of your body gets a good workout. A combination of Boxing, Circuits, HIIT and weight training.
• Monthly team challenges.
• Join a team of like minded people all on the same journey.
• Make friends and join the elite WhatsApp team group.
