FREE access to 1 C4C Boot Camp session EVERY WEEK
• Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm on call support
• Bi-Weekly progress reports & body measurements & Goal setting sessions.
• Consultation prior to your session, to set your goals and to design a program specifically so you can achieve them.
• Receive One-To-One, uninterrupted boxing, fitness and life coaching with our level 3 personal trainers and England Boxing coaches.
• Specifically designed workouts catered to you to guarantee the best results.
• Diet & Nutritional support, guidance & consultancy.
