Virtual Boot Camp -30 Day Pass
TWO DAILY SESSIONS
MORNING : 6:30am – 7:10am
EVENING : 7:00PM – 7:40pm
Join in with up to 100 people in our online group exercise session! Each session runs for 40 minutes and we cater for all ages! We highly recommend at least 30 minutes of exercise per day to stay physically and mentally healthy!
• Stay active on your own or with your friends & family
• Learn new exercises that you can do on your own
• Let you kids burn off some energy!
• Make at least SOME of your screen time positive!
1. Purchase your 7 day pass.
2. Put the date and times of our sessions into your calendar to remind you!
3. Log on to your ZOOM account and join the session!
4. Enjoy the exercise and tell your friends!
