C4C SOmotivated One-to-One Personal Training


C4C SOmotivated personal training sessions are specifically designed to put you on a fast track towards your goals and unleash your true inner champion!

• Consultation prior to session one to set your goals and design a program specifically so you achieve them.
• Receive one-on-one boxing London, uninterrupted Boxing & Fitness Training with our level 3 personal trainers and England boxing coaches.
• Specifically, designed workouts catered to you to guarantee the best results.
• Nutritional support and guidance.

C4C SOmotivated, One-on-One Personal Boxing and Fitness Specialists go way beyond motivating you to exercise. They help you to gain and maintain the mindset that will enable you to become the best version of yourself! They intensify your workouts, maximize your calorie burn and guide you to a new level of fitness.

Whether you want to look and feel better, live a healthier lifestyle or improve your current fitness level, you can get it all through the C4C SOmotivated One-On-One Personal Training sessions!

£35 per session, or £300 for a block of 10 sessions Or £300 for a block of 10 with two free classes per week, see below

Nicholas Murphy


Nicholas initially was hesitant in joining the SO motivated group as he thought he would struggle with the intensity. But after the first session he was completely hooked and couldn’t wait to get the next session under his belt. Since starting Nicholas has lost 7KG of weight and gaining 2 KG of muscle whilst dropping 9% of body fat! • Weekly goal setting and accountability
• Fortnightly body measurements and weigh ins
• 4 sessions a week specifically designed to push your boundaries and guarantee every part of your body gets a good workout. A combination of Boxing, Circuits, HIIT and weight training.

• Monthly team challenges.
• Join a team of like minded people all on the same journey.
• Make friends and join the elite WhatsApp team group.

Wheather you want to get more active or train for specific events or challenges the SOmotivated Transformation Program can cater for your needs and aspirations.

£225 total cost split over 3 monthly instalments of £75.

Sessions Monday- Wednesday- Friday and Sunday at 7pm.
