THE WARM UP

Our Warm Up works as a drop-in session, and is used to give young people a taste for boxing. These sessions are designed to allow some freedom of choice for young people who are unable or uncertain about attending 8 back-to-back sessions required for the awards programme. The sessions work well as an entry point before moving onto the award programmes. During the drop-in sessions participants will be introduced to basic boxing techniques and skills, as well as doing circuit training to build on current fitness levels.
